Our fitness classes are 45 minutes in duration and are designed to take your fitness to the next level. We want you to reach your goals!! That being said your commitment to us is important. In return we are going to provide a highly motivating environment which will help you achieve those goals. All of our classes are results driven and have a and aaaa high intensity, targeting the beginner to the athlete. We will challenge you in all components of fitness, giving you the complete package.
Abs and Glutes Plus 
Abs & Glutes is the best and fastest way to sculpt and strengthen your lower body.  This class includes an assortment of exercises targeting abdominals, glutes, and legs. Focus is on form, technique and intensity to tone and strengthen.  We will include some intense upper body exercises for a full body workout every time.
Total Body Conditioning Training
Boot Camp Circuit is a high intensity metabolic workout, using a combination of fitness drills, plyometric’s, resistance and body weight exercises you will be in the best shape of your life.The group setting provides a fantastic training atmosphere for all levels of fitness. This class is designed to target fat loss, increase lean muscle and improve muscular endurance.  Improve your fitness level in a supportive, encouraging, challenging environment. You will work safely at your own pace making this class suitable for all.
Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training.  Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.  Finish it off with some abdominal work and whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
Interval Spinning
Using our Star Trac Spinning bikes, participants are responsible for their own resistance control as they are guided through the class making group cycling ideal for all fitness levels. The interval class involves increasing and decreasing heart rate by following intense intervals with active recovery. This style of training not only increases cardiovascular endurance but also increases EPOC (excess post exercise oxygen consumption).
1. Sign up by email only starting at noon the day before class. 
2. You must have a class pass to sign up.
3. If you need to cancel, please inform us before 730pm otherwise a class will be deducted from your pass.  People who did not get a bike will be put on a stand-by list and will be offered a bike if one becomes available.
4. Please come 5-10 minutes early if you are new to spinning and need help with bike set up.
